This is Bold Leadership Consulting Inc.’s (“1STOP”) privacy policy. This document explains 1STOP's policies for the collection, use and disclosure of personal information. 1STOP abides by applicable privacy legislation.
1STOP provides an online marketplace for the buying and selling of photography related products, services, events, information, advertisements, courses, and jobs (the “Service”).
1STOP collects information by various methods including information actively provided by its users, and information arising from user’s use of the Service.
The types of personal information we collect include contact information. We also may request optional information about your interests and activities, your gender and age, and other demographic information. We may also periodically obtain information about you from vendors and other users of the Service, such as updated delivery and address information.
We use various technologies to collect information from your computer and about your activities on our Service.
•Information collected automatically: We collect information from your browser when you visit our website. This information includes your IP address, browser type and language, access times, the content of any undeleted cookies that your browser previously accepted from us, and the referring website address.

The information we obtain in this manner enables us to customize our Services to deliver targeted advertisements and to measure the overall effectiveness of our online advertising, content, programming or other activities.
•Information collected by third-parties: We may allow third-parties, including (but not limited to) our service providers, advertising companies, and ad networks, to display advertisements on our Service. Some of these third-party advertising companies may be advertising networks that are members of the Network Advertising Initiative, which offers a single location to opt out of ad targeting from member companies (www.networkadvertising.org).

1STOP may use aggregate or anonymous information which will not be linked to identified individuals for various other uses for itself and third parties.
1STOP does not share personal information with any third parties except as disclosed in this policy. 1STOP may provide personal information to its consultants, subcontractors and professional advisers (which shall be bound by privacy obligations) to assist 1STOP’s uses disclosed herein.
We may share personal information with:
•Service providers: We may share your personal information with our service providers that perform services on our behalf. These services may include fulfilling orders, processing credit card payments, delivering packages, providing customer service and marketing assistance, performing business and sales analysis, supporting our website functionality, and supporting contests, sweepstakes, surveys and other features offered through our Service or performing background checks of vendors. These service providers may have access to personal information needed to perform their functions but are not permitted to share or use such information for any other purposes.
•Vendors. We match your information and service request against our list of vendors. When you submit a match request through our Service, you consent to our providing your personal information and request to the vendors we match with your request. Sharing this information with vendors allows them to contact you using the e-mail address or other contact information you provided. We may also release information to collection and/or credit agencies for past due vendor accounts.
If we wish to use your personal information for uses outside of those described in this policy, we will first obtain your explicit permission. If you do grant such permission, you may revoke it at any time.
You will be asked to consent to certain uses of your information as needed.
Personal information is protected by security measures appropriate to the nature of the information.
Individuals may review their personal information contained in 1STOP files by logging into their account profile or by contacting the 1STOP privacy officer. If an individual believes that any of their personal information is inaccurate, we will make appropriate corrections.
1STOP may amend this policy from time to time by posting an updated version on our website. If such amendments affect how 1STOP uses or discloses personal information already held by 1STOP in a material way, 1STOP will obtain consent.
Notwithstanding the general terms of this policy, the collection, use, and disclosure of personal information may be made outside of the terms herein to the extent provided for in any applicable privacy or other legislation in effect from time to time, or pursuant to court orders.
